- Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Real Estate Referral Exchange™ (“RERE,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Real Estate Referral Exchange™ website, member platform, applications, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or submitting information, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
- Eligibility
Membership is available only to licensed real estate agents and licensed real estate brokers who meet our eligibility requirements.
You represent that:
- Information provided is accurate.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have authority to enter into this agreement.
- You will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Real Estate Referral Exchange™ reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.
- Nature of the Platform
Real Estate Referral Exchange™ is a private networking and referral platform.
We provide:
- Member directory
- Professional networking
- Referral introductions
- Member messaging
- Educational resources
- Industry partner connections
We do not:
- Act as a real estate broker.
- Represent buyers or sellers.
- Participate in referral fee agreements.
- Negotiate commissions.
- Provide legal, tax, financial, or brokerage services.
- Guarantee business opportunities or referral success.
- Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:
- Maintain an active real estate license (where applicable).
- Keep profile information accurate.
- Conduct business ethically.
- Comply with brokerage policies.
- Follow applicable state and federal laws.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Members remain solely responsible for their professional conduct.
- Referral Disclaimer
Referral arrangements exist solely between participating members.
Real Estate Referral Exchange™:
- Does not receive referral fees.
- Does not negotiate referral agreements.
- Does not verify referral terms.
- Is not responsible for commissions.
- Is not responsible for transactions.
Members should consult their brokerage and applicable state laws before entering into referral agreements.
- Membership & Payments
Membership fees are billed according to the selected membership plan.
Plans may include:
- Monthly
- Quarterly
- Annual
Unless canceled according to our cancellation policy, memberships renew automatically.
Members authorize recurring billing through Stripe or another approved payment provider.
- Refund Policy
Membership fees are generally non-refundable except:
- Membership denied after payment
- Duplicate billing
- Billing error
- Required by law
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
- Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, software, graphics, logos, and materials are owned by Real Estate Referral Exchange™ or its licensors.
Members may not:
- Copy
- Sell
- Reproduce
- Scrape
- Redistribute
- Reverse engineer
without written permission.
- Privacy
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information described therein.
- Cookies
The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Improve performance
- Analyze traffic
- Personalize experiences
- Maintain login sessions
Users may manage cookies through browser settings where applicable.
- Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive:
- Membership notices
- Renewal reminders
- Security alerts
- Referral notifications
- Administrative communications
Marketing communications may be opted out of.
Required account notices cannot.
- User Content
Members retain ownership of content they upload.
By posting content you grant Real Estate Referral Exchange™ a limited license to display that content for operation of the Platform.
You warrant that uploaded content does not violate:
- Copyright
- Trademark
- Privacy rights
- Applicable laws
- Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Impersonate others.
- Harass members.
- Spam.
- Scrape member information.
- Share login credentials.
- Upload malware.
- Use automated bots.
- Interfere with website security.
- Circumvent payment systems.
Violations may result in account termination.
- Industry Partners
Industry Partners operate as independent businesses.
Real Estate Referral Exchange™ does not endorse, guarantee, supervise, or warrant partner services.
Members should independently evaluate businesses before engaging them.
- Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party providers including, but not limited to:
- Stripe
- Google Maps
- WordPress
- Email providers
- Analytics providers
Each provider has its own terms and privacy policies.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties regarding:
- uninterrupted service
- referral success
- business growth
- financial outcomes
- compatibility
- availability
To the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Real Estate Referral Exchange™, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the Platform.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Referral Exchange™, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- violation of these Terms,
- misuse of the Platform,
- violation of applicable law,
- infringement of third-party rights.
- Compliance With Laws
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, brokerage policies, MLS rules, REALTOR® association rules (where applicable), and ethical obligations in their jurisdiction.
- International Users
If users access the Platform from outside the United States, they are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Where applicable, Real Estate Referral Exchange™ will process personal information in accordance with:
- GDPR (European Union)
- UK GDPR
- CCPA / CPRA (California)
- Other applicable privacy laws

- Accessibility
Real Estate Referral Exchange™ strives to maintain a website that is accessible to all users and works toward recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), where reasonably practicable.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Networking Site Only Disclaimer
Real Estate Referral Exchange™ is an independent networking platform. We do not act as a real estate broker, referral broker, escrow agent, employer, or representative of any member. We do not negotiate, participate in, enforce, supervise, or guarantee referral agreements, referral fees, commissions, brokerage relationships, transactions, or client outcomes. All such matters remain solely the responsibility of the participating licensed real estate professionals and their respective brokerages, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
